Prepare all topping ingredients: cook bacon, sausage, and onion separately. I used the same pan and cooked the bacon first, then sausage, then onions. After draining all meat fat, cook onions on medium-low to caramelize; onions should be translucent and slightly brown in color. Whisk the eggs and milk together, then scramble so there are no large egg chunks. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place pizza dough on the pan and form into circle, making sure dough is about ¼ in. thick. Cook dough in oven for about 6 minutes, just to firm up a bit.
Remove from oven and spread cheddar cheese soup over crust, leaving a crust around the edge. Sprinkle bacon, sausage, onions, and eggs evenly over top.
Combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and sprinkle on top of the pizza. Bake pizza for 12 minutes, or until crust begins to brown.
