Brown ground beef. Drain any fat and add refried beans, tomato sauce, ketchup, and seasoning.
Spoon the ground beef mixture into tortillas. Roll the tortillas and place side by side in a greased 9X13 pan. Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas until it is evenly dispersed.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, or until heated thoroughly. Remove foil and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tortillas. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
