When I think summer, I think burgers and barbecues. Burgers are a summertime staple in our house. It’s hard to beat grilled beef burgers; a huge plus being that they are super delicious, easy and quick to make. These are great for weeknights, pool days, get-togethers, and leftovers at work!
Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 cheddar cheese slices
- 6 Hawaiian rolls
- dill pickles chips
Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce more or less to your taste
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Form into 6 slider patties, making a dent in the center of each. Grill on medium heat, approximately 4 minutes per side. Lower heat and add cheese slices, cooking until cheese begins to melt. Remove from heat.
- Slice rolls in half. Mix the mayonnaise, chili, and hot sauce and spread on the top half of each roll. Place the ground beef sliders on the rolls, and add 2-3 pickle chips per slider (optional).
