Cheeseburger Sliders

When I think summer, I think burgers and barbecues. Burgers are a summertime staple in our house. It’s hard to beat grilled beef burgers; a huge plus being that they are super delicious, easy and quick to make. These are great for weeknights, pool days, get-togethers, and leftovers at work!

Cheeseburger Sliders

Course: Main Course
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 cheddar cheese slices
  • 6 Hawaiian rolls
  • dill pickles chips
Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce more or less to your taste

Method

  1. Combine ground beef, mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Form into 6 slider patties, making a dent in the center of each. Grill on medium heat, approximately 4 minutes per side. Lower heat and add cheese slices, cooking until cheese begins to melt. Remove from heat.
  2. Slice rolls in half. Mix the mayonnaise, chili, and hot sauce and spread on the top half of each roll. Place the ground beef sliders on the rolls, and add 2-3 pickle chips per slider (optional).
